Return and Refund Policy

You may cancel your move with Strong Haul Moving by contacting us via phone or email. The following cancellation charges will apply:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled move date: No cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled move date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total estimated move cost.
  • Cancellation on the scheduled move date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated move cost.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your move with Strong Haul Moving, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time. Please note that rescheduling may be subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

  • If Strong Haul Moving cancels your move due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any payments made.
  • If you cancel your move within the allowed time frames, as stated in our cancellation policy, you will be eligible for a refund as specified in that policy.

Strong Haul Moving takes every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings during the moving process. In the unlikely event of any damage or loss to your items, please follow these steps:

  • Take photos of the damaged items, if possible.

We will investigate the matter promptly and may offer compensation, repair, or replacement of the damaged or lost items, as determined by our assessment.
